Harbinger Of Doom (bitumen & oil on canvas) process 2

The crown should be closer to the scalp. Its kinda floating too high. You can tell I've been looking at Ashley Wood and Bill Wray a lot. It also un-intentionally came out quite Bisley-esque too...he was my first favourite artist. Never done Hellboy with his horns 'out' before..... almost left the big drips on the left then decided they were a bit overwhelming. Would of liked to get more detail on the stone right hand, think it was all done with the one brush...that'll learn me....might post another photo when its completely dry....I think its finished....I enjoy the looseness.....musical influences: 'Busse Woods' by Acid King and 'Saturnine' by Electric Wizard.

Nude Final? (watercolour on 300gsm paper)

overdone? I think I preferred it without the blue...i do like those big blotches on the left hand side though...

Nude Work In Progress 2 (watercolour on 300gsm paper)

I don't really know what im doing here, trying to push the colour around and rub things back, working from an old b&w photo.

Liver Warrior (ink & Watercolour)

This one will be a poster too after title is added via illustrator. I swiped the face of this guy from a Niko Henrichon background monster in an x-men comic he did a while back....sorry Niko.....ya gotta love that nose....

Hepatitis Commission- Work In Progress 2 (watercolour & digital)

Almost there, needs text/title which will be done in illustrator. Played around lots with colour balance and hue/saturation to make things more dramatic and scary. Some digital marks were made which I'm quite happy with, found a cool water media brush. Really wanted to retain the texture of the paint and paper.

Hepatitis Commission- Work In Progress (ink & watercolour on paper)

Been commissioned by The Hepatitis Resource Centre to create a couple posters. After a few meetings and concepts we settled on a fantasy/battle theme (yes!). Here I'm going for a liver warrior type guy facing off against a hepatitis viral intruder.....more soon....
